Day 1

Early morning drive to Manakanama Temple

Start your day early with a pickup from your hotel in Kathmandu and drive to the cable car station in Kurintar. The cable car ride to the temple takes about 15-20 minutes and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. Once you reach the top, you can explore the temple complex, which is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Bhagwati. You can observe traditional rituals and offerings being made by local devotees, and learn about the temple's cultural and historical significance. After exploring the temple, you can take a leisurely walk around the hilltop, where you will find many beautiful and peaceful spots to take in the views. You can also choose to take a dip in the nearby hot springs, believed to have healing properties. After lunch, you can take the cable car back to the base station. Return back to Kathmandu, and drop off at your hotel. The whole trip will take approximately 8 to 9 hours including drive time, cable car ride and temple darshan.
