Rara lake is the deepest and biggest lake of Nepal which is Surrounded by green hills, covered in juniper trees and view of sparkling waters of the lake. Rara lake is located at 2990M above the sea level. The lake is 167m deep at some places. Rara lake drains into the rivers Mugu Karnali via Nijar Khola.

 Rara lake has clear water which look so beautiful. We can also do short hiking to get the closer view of water and the mountains. Rara lake is famous for the natural beauty of lakes and mountains. The world the best season to travel Rara lake is Spring, Summer, and autumn because we cah have best views in these seasons.

Our first phase to Heli tour to rara started after breakfast we go to Tribhuvan international airport for our helicopter ride to rara. Once we clear the formalities of airport we head towards the helicopter for the flight. As soon as Heli tour to rara begin we start seeing beautiful arial view from our helicopter. After some minutes we get height into the clouds and we saw mesmerizing view of Kathmandu city and views of hills. We landed to nepaljung airport after approx. 1 hr of Heli flight because the aircraft needs to get refuelled before heading to Rara Lake. After refuelling program, we continue our Helicopter tour to wars the rara lake.

Our helicopter takes off give us a bird's eye view of natural beauty of Rara Lake and the mountain range. After exploring and spending best time in this primeval place, which looks like piece of heaven, we fly will be back to Nepalgunj by helicopter. 

We landed in Nepalgunj by seeing the beautiful city view and as soon as we landed, we board another helicopter flight to Kathmandu. Heli ride back to Kathmandu was thrilling and wonderful. After approx. 1 hr of time, we land at Kathmandu airport. 

Overall, the helicopter tour to Rara was so memorable and beautiful in same time it was thrilling. We saw huge Himalayan range covered by snow the Himalayan range looks so beautiful when sunlight hits on it. We explore rara lake and saw many kinds of unique flora and fauna over there.
