Muktinath Blog

Muktinath is a one of the religious places to travel in Nepal located in the mustang district. It is also calling as the muktichhetra. Muktinath is in mountain region at the altitude of around 3800 meters. There is a statue of the lord Vishnu. Mostly Hindu and Buddhist travellers are seen here. Muktinath is also known as the one of the highest temples of the world.

If we go to muktinath in winter season like January and February we can also experience the snow. Mostly travellers travel here for the unique landscape of desert. Muktinath is also popular because we can see the mesmerizing view of Himalayan range. Muktinath temple is worship by both Buddhist and Hindu religion travellers. Similarly, Hindu consider Muktinath Temple as avatar of lord Vishnu while the Buddhists consider as Buddha.

after breakfast we will gather at meeting point we get departure for the Pokhara by Scorpio. By watching beautiful views and roads we start our travel for Pokhara. Scorpio was comfortable and luxurious for this trip. After 3 hrs of drive we been to manakamana for our lunch. We went to manakamana temple and wordship and have our lunch. We came down and continue our journey towards Pokhara. 3 hrs later we reach to our today’s destination Pokhara and checked in to our hotel. Travelling to Pokhara was tiring but it was beautiful too because of rivers, hills and mountains.

Next day, after breakfast we travel to jomsom by jeep. Roads are beautiful surrounded with the beautiful hills and water falls which make travelling more refreshing. Road conditionswas not so good even the trip was going so satishifying because of the views. The weather became colder and windier slowly.

After 4 hrs drive we cross the magdi village and reach to beni and have our lunch. We saw many monetarise on the way to jomsom. After 2 and half hr drive, we reach at our destination jomsom and check in to our hotel.

Early morning, by jeep we get fresh have our breakfast and start travel to our destination muktinath. Later, we saw different kind of naked hills without any kind of plants and vegetation. We cross many big waterfalls, and we cross many waters crossing. Finally, we reach to our destination muktinath and took bath on holy taps and ponds of muktinath and have our lunch. We spend roughly around 3 to 4 hrs of time in muktinath and interact with locals and we drive back to jomsom. We reach to jomso after 4 hrs and checked in to hotel.

Next day we fly to Pokhara after our breakfast by seeing beautiful arial view of mountain range. We went to caves temples and lakes of Pokhara which was so beautiful. We enjoy night life of Pokhara that day and enjoy our last day of trip.

Next morning, we have our breakfast, and we go to airport and took our flight to Kathmandu. After 45 minutes we reach at kathamandu.
