Chardham yatra is known for visiting 4 holy sites in one tour. Thois your is very popular in Hindu religion. In India, there are four pilgrimage destinations known as the Char Dham. However, visiting these sites are thought to assistance in the achievement of moksha, or salvation. The names of 4 dham are Badrinath, Dwarka, Puri, and Rameswaram are the four Dhams (holy places). 

Moreover, every Hindu is supposed to go to the Char Dhams at least once in their lives because to achive moksh. The Char Dham is made up of four Hindu pilgrimages according to Adi Shankaracharya. Additionally, Lord Vishnu resides in these main 'Dhams,' whereas Lord Shiva resides in Rameshwaram.

The Chardham yatra will take you to Rishikesh, Yamunotri, Barkot, Gangotri, Uttarkashi, Guptkashi, Kedarnath, Badrinath, Pancha Prayag, and Haridwar, these cities are popular all over the world for its pilgrimage sites.

Itinerary

Day 1- Arrival in Delhi

Upon your arrival in Delhi, our representative will meet you at airport and transfer you to the hotel then check-in at the hotel and have free time during the evening. O/N at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 2- Drive to Rishikesh and Barkot

After having breakfast, you will start your drive to Rishikesh which takes approximately 6 hours to reach, have lunch there and again take a drive of 5 to 6 hours to Barkot. O/N at the hotel.

Day 3- Drive to Yamunotri and back to Barkot

Since it’s a hike day today, you will start your hike early in the morning which will only take 1 to 2 hours to reach Yamunotri. After you reach the temple you will do the rituals and puja and then return to your hotel. Free time during the evening. O/N at the hotel.

Day 4- Drive to Uttarkashi

You will start your drive from Barkot to Uttarkashi after having breakfast which takes approximately 4 hours to reach. O/N at the hotel in Uttarkashi.

Day 5- Drive to Gangotri and back to Uttarkashi

Drive to Gangotri early in the morning which takes 6 hours to reach, stopping in Gangani along the way for a holy bath. You can visit Gangotri and enjoy a holy dip in the Ganga River before returning to Uttarkashi and spending the night at a hotel.

Day 6- Drive to Guptakashi

After breakfast, proceed towards Sitapur, where you will see Ardha Narishwor Temple in Guptakashi, check into a hotel, and spend the night.

Day 7- Drive to Kedarnath

Drive to Kedarnath early in the morning; the trek to Kedarnath is around 19 kilometers; you could go by horse riding or by helicopter, however, the cost of the helicopter tour is additional. Kedarnath Darshan and hotel accommodation.

Day 8- Drive to Badrinath

After breakfast, you will leave Kedarnath and hike down to Sonpryag. After that, you will then drive to Badrinath for the Puja Hawal. On the way, stop by the Ukhimath temple, check into a hotel, and have dinner.

Day 9- Visit Badrinath

Proceed to Badrinath in the morning, after you reach Badrinath take your time to pray and worship and have a Holy Bath. Have a Puja/Hawan at the temple, then spend the rest of the day exploring the area around Badrinath Temple. O/N at the hotel in Badrinath.

Day 10- Drive to Rudraprayag

Drive to Rudraprayag in the morning, stopping along the way to see Narasingh Temple at Joshimath, Bridha Bridhi Temple, and Panch Prayag Temple. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 11- Drive back to Rishikesh and Haridwar

After breakfast, drive to Haridwar, stopping along the way to see Dhari Devi Temple and other local attractions. Haridwar, for the night.

Day 12- Drive to Delhi

You will start your drive to Delhi from Haridwar after breakfast. O/N at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 13- Final departure

After breakfast, you will catch a bus or flight back home.
